Pandora SA Delivery Policy
By placing an order on our online platform, you agree to be bound by the stipulated Terms and Conditions of Sale, pertainng to Delivery in this instance.
Pandora will indicate the acceptance of your order by delivering the Goods to you, and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and Pandora come into effect (the “Sale”). This is regardless of any communication from Pandora stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. Pandora will indicate the rejection of your order (whether systematically or not) by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid.
Where does the PANDORA SA online shop deliver to?
The Pandora SA online shop currently ships to addresses only within South Africa. Customers staying in hotels / guest houses/ B&B’s etc. place orders at their own risk. It is the customers responsibility to ensure necessary arrangements have been made prior to order and delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the specified address, Pandora will not be held liable for any loss / damage or theft thereof.
Processing Time & Delivery
PANDORA Shop SA currently makes use of DPD courier service - 011 961 4700.
Once order has shipped / been handed over to our courier partner, order delivery usually takes 2-3 business days for local and main center areas, and 2-6 business days for regional, township and outlying locations.
NOTE: Order delivery* refers " from time of handover to the courier partner”. i.e. from time of dispatch / updated to complete.
During Peak / promotional trades, the timeline may be slightly longer due to order volumes and demand.
Pandora is not responsible for any misplacement / loss / theft whatsoever after the order(s) have been delivered to the physical address nominated and specified by the customer at time of order placement.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
PANDORA offers Free Standard Delivery for any order for R1500,00 or more, no promotion code is needed. For orders less than R 1500,00 a standard R 89,95 delivery fee is charged.
Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check our website for the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
Tracking Link
Once dispatched an email with tracking information starting with PAN is sent out. If an order was placed while signed in to your account, you may check the status of your order under my orders on your Pandora online account. Alternatively, you may track your order using the PAN waybill number here https://my.dpdl.co.za/track
Once the order has been shipped on our side, you can expect it within 3 business days for the local and main center areas* and within 5 business days for outlying areas*.
Guest Checkout and Order Tracking
Please be advised that if you purchased your order as guest checkout, the order will not be visible on your profile for tracking purposes under “My Orders”. But no need to worry, we will still send you an email confirming your order placement and you will still receive a tracking waybill when the order is out for delivery to you. Only if you place an order while logged in to your Pandora account, as a logged in user, will it appear in your orders list on your profile. You will receive a SMS when the order is out for delivery to you.

How will my items be packaged?
All orders will be packaged in traditional PANDORA gift bag and boxes and be delivered in a 24cmx19cmx19cm box.
