WARRANTY POLICY
By purchasing any items on our website, you automatically agree to be bound by our stipulated Terms and Conditions as set at below:
1. PANDORA will replace manufacturing faults ONLY free of charge up to two (2) years from the original date of purchase for silver Jewellery and 2 years from the original date of purchase for gold Jewellery. Please note that parts of wood, material, leather, glass or string items only have a warranty of up to one (1) year from original date of purchase. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty under which this guarantee operates. We unfortunately will not be able to honor a warranty without proof of purchase from Pandora owned and operated stores and online shops. This is not a lifetime guarantee and the specified timelines apply. Any items returned to Pandora SA stores and online shop AFTER the specified time frame for whatsoever reason, will not be covered under this warranty.
Please be sure when purchasing earrings as they cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
2. This Guarantee does not cover loss / theft for any reason whatsoever or normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, mishandling, improper use (such as knocks, dents, crushing etc.). Wearing counterfeit charms, charms from incompatible pandora collections or charms by other brands on your PANDORA bracelet could damage the unique threading system and will void the warranty.
The warranty offered on PANDORA products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights. Please note that this is a manufacture warranty and NOT insurance. The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. The warranty only covers Pandora products which are purchased in Pandora owned and operated stores and E-store. We recommend the use of safety chains or safetly clip charms on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable Jewellery. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Pandora reserves the right to assess the item for replacement, to ensure it meets the replacement criteria. Pandora's decision following the assessment of the product(s) will be deemed as final. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any amendments to the original product will immediately disregard your warranty on the product and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange (i.e. not limited to - repair / engraving / making smaller or larger / changing the original product in any way).
3. PANDORA does not offer any repair services. Clients with items out of warranty, may be referred to a third-party jeweler. The cost of the repairs will be for the customer’s account.
It is the customer’s choice to proceed with 3rd party repairs and PANDORA and the store staff will not be held liable for jewelry fixed by the third-party jeweler. You understand that any repairs / amendments made to your jewelry within the warranty period, will forfeit the warranty. Any amendments to the the original item will void the warranty.
Pandora cannot be held liable for a customer purchasing a product they are not firmiliar with or do not know how to use and as a result, misuses / damages the item.
All online purchases are made as customers discretion and by their own choice.
4. Pandora will replace your product with a Product of same purchase value. Pandora may at its own discretion replace your Product under this Guarantee, provided it meets the replacement criteria, set out in point 1 and 2. Should we not be able to replace the item for an item of same value at the time, we will issue you a refund for the initial purchase value (This excludes any GIFT WITH PURCHASE / FREE ITEM)
